How it works
Why this team exists
At the top stands the team’s purpose from the team canvas, in one sentence. Not written yet? Then it says how to start.
Three lists side by side
The working agreements, the Definition of Ready and the Definition of Done, each with the date the team looks at it again. A list that does not exist yet says so: Not drawn up yet.
Everyone reads along
Only the Scrum Master and the Product Owner change the lists; if the team shares the role, whoever leads. Team members read along and see who to ask.
What else you get
- A tab for the working agreements, one for Ready and Done, and the team canvas
- Share the welcome page: everything a new team member needs on their first day, as one link

- A Team agreements step in the welcome journey, when you have time
