A note goes to the retro without your name. In your Your notes list, only on your own device, you see whether it was discussed and whether an action came of it.

Something the team should talk about? Put it in the suggestion box, and it is on the board of the next retro, anonymously.

Privacy as the starting point
A team is only honest when it feels safe. That is why Cadence is built so that nobody sees who gave which score, not even us.
