How are your ceremonies really going?
After every daily, planning, review and retro, your team gives a score in two seconds, anonymously. Cadence shows what works and what could be better, and gets it ready for the next retro.

How it works
After the ceremony: one tap
Within two minutes everyone gets a card in Microsoft Teams, Slack or on their phone: a score from 1 to 10 and, if you like, a note. In the room it also works with a QR code, without an account.
Patterns instead of gut feeling
Cadence compares every ceremony with the team’s own baseline, never with other teams. So you often see a dip before delivery falls behind.
Ready for the retro
The notes are already on the retro board. Actions get an owner and are followed up until they are done, also in Microsoft To Do.
A retro that has already begun
Nobody has to remember what happened in week one. The notes from the sprint are already on the board, without names. Choose from 80 formats, or run the retro live from phones.

Privacy as the starting point
A team is only honest when it feels safe. That is why Cadence is built so that nobody sees who gave which score, not even us.
- A score is stored without a name and without a time.
- Results appear only from five answers, and teams are never ranked against each other.
- Data stays in the EU, on servers in Germany.
- No tracking, no advertising, and no AI training with your data.
- A data processing agreement, and in Cadence a page on what is recorded about everyone: useful for the works council.
