Works with what your team already uses
No new habits: Cadence comes to your team, in the chat, the calendar and the boards that are already there. Setting up a connection takes a few minutes, and every connection is optional.
Chat
Microsoft Teams
Rating cards and pulse check invitations arrive as messages from the Cadence bot.
Slack
The same cards in Slack: tap a score without leaving Slack.
Work
Jira Cloud
Sprints and work items for delivery figures, and the order of features for your PI Planning.
Azure DevOps
The same for teams on Azure DevOps: throughput, lead time and backlog order.
Calendar
Outlook and Microsoft 365
Cadence reads the team’s calendar and recognises the daily, planning, review and retro by itself.
Google Calendar
The same for teams on Google Workspace, or with a calendar’s private address.
Your own calendar app
A calendar feed with all your teams’ ceremonies, which keeps itself up to date.
Follow-up
Microsoft To Do
Retro actions appear in the owner’s list; ticking them off there marks them done in Cadence.
Sign-in
Microsoft Entra ID
Sign in with your organisation’s work account, without new passwords.
Google Workspace
Sign in with your Google work account.
Email and password
For everyone without Microsoft or Google, with two-step sign-in.
Optional
An EU-hosted AI
Mistral, Azure OpenAI in the EU or Scaleway for suggestions in the retro; off by default, never with names.
For your own dashboards
API and webhooks
Totals per team for Power BI or your own reporting, read-only and without people.
What connections read, and what not
- From Jira and Azure DevOps, Cadence reads sprints, and per work item its type, estimate and status. Never titles, descriptions or comments.
- Tokens are stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Your organisation switches connections on itself, and can always disconnect them.
Start with a free sprint
Two weeks, with your whole team. After that € 15 per team per month, or a tailored price for your organisation.
