How it works
Choose or make a survey
Sprint check, team health, psychological safety, input for the retro or a weekly check-in. Or start with an empty form.
Answers in Teams or Slack
The questions arrive as an invitation. Whoever has not answered yet can get a reminder, without you seeing who that is.
The outcome in the retro
As soon as the pulse check closes, the main topics are in the next retro of every team, ready to turn into an action.
What else you get
- Seven kinds of questions: smileys, agree or disagree, scores, traffic lights, choices and open questions
- Results only from five answers
- Named only if your organisation allows it, and then it says so above the form
- Someone can say they would like to talk, without their answers being tied to that request

Are pulse checks really anonymous?
Yes, by default. Cadence records that someone answered, not what. Answers are kept only if at least three people answered.
