Feedback on every ceremony, in two seconds
After the daily, planning, refinement, review and retro, everyone gets a card: how was it, from 1 to 10? Anonymous, within two minutes of the end, and without anyone having to organise anything.
Cadence
How was today’s daily?
Team Ledger, 09:30 to 09:45
1 poor10 excellent
Your rating is anonymous: nobody sees who gave which score.
How it works
Cadence knows your rhythm
From the team’s calendar, Cadence recognises the ceremonies. When in doubt it asks once, and remembers for the whole organisation.
A card afterwards
In Microsoft Teams, Slack, as a push notification or through a QR code in the room. One tap for a score, and optionally a note for the retro.
Results for the group
After the rating window, the team sees the average, compared with its own baseline. With fewer than five answers it stays hidden.
What else you get
- Trends per ceremony, with a signal when a ceremony drops more than a point below its own baseline
- A morning brief with what needs attention today
- An agenda that goes to the team beforehand, so everyone comes prepared
- A timer and a parking lot to facilitate the ceremony itself
- Notes without a name, straight to the retro board

Frequently asked questions
Can the Scrum Master see who gave which score?
No. Cadence stores scores without a name and without a time. Nobody can trace them to a person, not the administrator and not TimeInvest.
Does it work for other meetings too?
Yes. Any recurring meeting can be rated, and with a QR code also a meeting that is not in the calendar, such as a workshop.
