- 10 minYour rhythmConnect each team’s calendar, so Cadence knows when the ceremonies are.
- 10 minYour toolsOptional: Jira or Azure DevOps, Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- 5 minPrivacy and choicesRead what Cadence records and choose which optional functions to switch on. Share it with your works council.
- 15 minYour first successShow a QR code after a ceremony: the team rates in two seconds and sees the outcome.
What you need
- A few curious teams. Start small: others follow when they see it works.
- Someone with access to the teams’ calendars, or to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Optional: Jira or Azure DevOps, Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- A conversation with your works council; Cadence gives you the information you need for it.

The first picture: which ceremonies go well, and which need attention. Try an activity from the Team Lab.
The retro
The board is ready with the sprint’s notes. Make a few actions with an owner, and you are on your way.
