Team feedback that assesses no one
A tool that could assess employees needs the works council’s consent. Cadence is built so that it cannot: it measures how ceremonies go, never how a person performs.
What is stored
Separate records, not linked to each other.
- That you answered
- Your name and this ceremony. No score, no time.
- Your score
- Without your name or time, among the other scores. Kept only if at least three people answered.
- Your note
- With the team and the ceremony, not with you.
What it brings you
Anonymous from the ground up
Cadence records that someone answered, but stores the score without a name and without a time. Not even we can trace a score to a person.
Only groups, never individuals
Results appear only from five answers, and are stored only from three. Teams are never ranked against each other.
Insight for every employee
Everyone sees in Cadence what is recorded about them, and can ask for access or erasure. The administrator handles requests with recorded evidence.
Optional functions are off
The analysis of meeting transcripts, AI assistance and personality profiles work only if the organisation switches them on. For transcripts, Cadence explicitly asks for the works council’s consent.
