Each client’s data stays apart. You switch with one click, and sign in with the same Google or Microsoft account, a personal one too.
Start small, pay per team
Two teams? Then you pay €15 a month twice, after a free sprint. Sign up with any email address; the first payment verifies your workspace.
Team members join with their own account
You invite people; they accept with their work account, a personal account or a password. No hassle with the client’s IT.
Hand over when the assignment ends
At the end you make someone at the client an admin and hand the workspace over, history included. Because the team leads in turn and the coach keeps watch, it can carry on by itself.

Privacy as the starting point
A team is only honest when it feels safe. That is why Cadence is built so that nobody sees who gave which score, not even us.
- A score is stored without a name and without a time.
- Results appear only from five answers, and teams are never ranked against each other.
- Data stays in the EU, on servers in Germany.
- No tracking, no advertising, and no AI training with your data.
- A data processing agreement, and in Cadence a page on what is recorded about everyone: useful for the works council.
